That's it, That's all...

...Holy SHIIIIIT....<3

I'm still in shock about Saturday... Definitly among the best days in my life...

Thanks to Travis Rice, one of the worlds best snowboarders(born in Wyoming), known for excellent all-around skills in backcountry, park, and pipe. He is also known for his airs and approach to difficult tricks, including the first ever double back flip to fakie at the Red Bull Gap Session 2006...

Around 10pm, I went with my mum to Cosmo, where the film "that's it, that's all" were to be showed in the cinema beside the club at 23pm...

We didn't have our names on "the list", so we couldn't get into the vorspiel....
Then: suddenly, we found Travis in own person, standing in line as well!
And he remembered my mum from the session, so he made sure we got into the VIP section=D We even got drinking cupons and a huge hug^^ I'll treasure it forever! It's an honor, being a part of the family....

Pics from the party... I this was the afterparty though...=p http://tacky.no/snowboard/imagecollection/?id=10532

So inside the cinema, they showed Pony Tale first, then TITA(That's it, that's all).
I kept a huge smile throughout the whole movie! I Adored both! Most awsome snowboardfilms I've seen^o^

Memories and Dreams by =Sortvind on deviantART
There was a time I was really depressed... Not even down, just depressed...
That time is now over, and I don't know why... Or..
I have my suspicions, but that's just thoughts...

Anyways, I'm just a shappy for having a little "black" time,
cuz it boosted my creativity even more

These are the days that I've been missing...

Hello..
Long time no see:p

I've been having a cold lately, so I've enjoyed the peace at home.
Finally, the Autumn has arrived again, and I become romantic and melancolic.
I take time to dring tea, and listen through whole albums.
Like those of Radka Toneff and Eva Cassidy's "songbird".
There are three special songs I love among the great at the songbird album...
Fields of gold, Autumn leaves and I know you by heart...

Wonderful.
So for those who need some time to heal: I reccomend drinking camille tea alone, while litening to peaceful music. Hopefully you're also able to enjoy a rainy day by some fireplace, with autumn colors and seaview.
Just want to say, whoever you are, or want to be;
I love you
take care today

Into the wild!

wow! Such a loong time since I last updatedX] well, well...
One of the most important things that's happened: I'm now at my 1st yr in college!^__^
Also, I've finally seen "Into the Wild"! I wanted to se it in cinemas, but too late-_-
Into the Wild is inspired by the true story of Christopher McCandless (Emile Hirsch), a young man who let go of a comfortable life in search for true freedom. The road ends in the wild Alaskan nature, where he meets his greatest challenges ever. Sean Penn made the script etc. and with him is stars like William Hurt, Marcia Gay Harden, Vince Vaughn, Catherine Keener and Hal Holbrook.
To sum up, I just want to say it's the best film I've ever laid my eyes on! And I promise, I've seen ALOT. The music is great, and the performance of Emile Hirsch..!
It's about feeling alive, letting go, and being healed... You have to make the changes in life, cuz no one will do it for you.

-Cheers for "Into the Wild", best film ever made.

Chill out! It's still some summer left<3

Well, here I am. At home after three whole weeks in Sweden.
I'm relieved to be home, but the baggage and laundry is killing me!-_-*sigh*
But it's only a "comfort problem" eh?
Allot of things have happened while I was gone. See, I had no Internet connection,

Aw, I've missed reading at onemanga.com!^__^ There's been updates of Vampire Knight!=D
I've read some added ch. at onemanga, but I'm gonna read VK from the start.

DIY fun, Absolute boyfriend, food in five short

lol! Gues what; last Saturday, I bought some clothes, among these, a huge, blue SOMBRERO! And a zebra-striped cowgirlhat!XD Great eh?! So I walked through our whole capital with it.
You don't have more fun than you make yourself^_^ I'm gonna use it at parties, now I only lack a pair of super-hot cowgirl boots. So, anyways. My recipe for a friends night for alcohol-free-homes is:

min.3 good films(Lord of the rings, Ocean's thrilogy, the ring: zero, Narnia(soon to be trilogy)chakushin ari, bridget jones in case only girls) etc.
Snack: lots of candy or cake or both
Dinner: Texmex(taco, burritos etc.fits to all tastes), pizza, chinese or um... if you have a theme for the evening, you should have a dinner accordingly to that(African sun, Luve from Jamaica, Samba do Brazil, Asian rage etc.)
Drink: always have some water aviable, people get thirsty! Keep some nice mineral water like canadian ginger ale, fanta exotic, 7up, schweppes etc. If you're of the drinking type, I'd recommend a vodka melon: Fill a melon with vodka 1-2 days in forehand, and It'l suck it like a sponge. I'll bet you'll have much fun with this. Think of the parties(and end-of-school-grill-parties-with-parents>~
Music: Keep some play lists for parties in your mp3, and play them^_^
Have a night bath: if you live near the sea, do take a night bath! DO NOT BATH WHEN DRUNK! - not a goooood ideah..._-_
Pancakes and hot cocoa: If cold outside, mix with cocoa or hot chocolate. Otherwise: pancakes is very quick and easy!
EvERy1 SHAuld LIKeH iT!(it's nice making stuff TOGETHER, e.g. cake)
With pancakes it your stomach; keep awake as loooong as you can, you'll get overtired, and have lot's more fun(weird, but true).
BE SURE TO TURN OF EVERY CELL PHONE! THEY'RE A PAIN IN THE BUTT WHEN CALLING EARLY!

Shop list:
bananas
Sombrero & other hats/costumes(masks)
drinkable stuff
dinner
PANCAKES:
3dl flour(you may also change 1dl with oat)
2 1/2 dl milk
2 eggs
1/2 banana if you'd like

(1 tsp baking powder,
vanilla sugar)

Blueberry, strawberry and raspberry jam to serve
(preferably fresh berries instead),
some enjoy syrup, but that's too sweet I think...

If you want dessert, you can always find some ice cream and
chocolate sauce. Use your imagination!

YUMMY! Recipes for Jamaican pancakes are online.
So that was my tip for today...

Well, I've read the whole Absolute Boyfriend series! It was...great...um... I don't know, I loved it, but the end was kind of... I don't know, a cliff hanger?!O_o
But I loved it as well^_^

Keep your eyes open for the dorama!
I don't think there'll be an anime. I'll let you know.

Support China Earthquake Relief Effortsposted

Something different today. As you may know, a huge earthquake hit the Sichuan province of China a couple of weeks ago. The latest figures are counting about 70,000 dead and 5 million left homeless. Those are some crazy numbers. (For more info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_Sichuan_earthquake)

From what I have been reading, the best way to help is to donate to the Red Cross' International Relief Fund. This not only helps the victims of the Chinese earthquake but also victims of any number of other crises around the world each year. Like the Cyclone that hit Myanmar (assuming the government there lets the Red Cross do its job). Link to donation instructions for the Red Cross International Relief Fund: http://tinyurl.com/4hsnsw (shortened URL, because the full one won't fit.)

Every bit helps. But even if you can't afford to donate anything, you can still help by spreading the word. In forums, in your blog, to friends.

Origami, LOTR, beach weather<3

Finally! the beach weather has come. As a lion, I adore the sun; it makes me all lazy and satisfied. My skin is getting tanned nice as well^-^ I've been hanging out by the shore these last five days, it's great.
I managed to finish "the fellowship of the ring" yesterday, at 12pm exaghtly(morning..), and started "Two towers" right away. Now I'm at chapter three. SPOILERS - I'm certain that Gandalf will return, I'm at the point where Merry and Pippin have ben chaptured. There's a man who stole three horses from Aragorn(Strider), Gimli and Legolas. It's said he may be Saruman, but I suspect it 's rather Gandalf^^

I'm home from school because of exams, so now I'm doing some origami. It's really fun! I've made a frog(http://www.wikihow.com/Make-an-Origami-Jumping-Frog) and a samurai helmet(http://www.wikihow.com/Make-an-Origami-Samurai-Helmet). It reminds me of Yotsuba!<3

Yotsubato! is the story of a wacky little girl and her new life life in a new town—and all the strange trouble she causes for her single father and the constantly confused neighbors. Created by Azumanga Daioh creator Kiyohiko Azuma, Yostubato! is a manga filled with nothing but wry observations and utterly unimportant minutiae. It's free of sex, violence, politics, prejudice, hatred, and all other lightning rods of negativity in this universe.

I just want to share this video with you^_~ It's really cute.

Turn around... Feel the change and be a part of it!=D

Yep. Today’s all about global warming. We all know the fact that co2 and other greenhouse gases turn the earth into a huge greenhouse. See, beams from the sun hit the earth; makes flowers grow, water evaporate into rain clouds. These rain clouds moves over great distances together with the wind. But in recent year, the atmosphere has begun to thicken, keeping some of the sunbeams. So much warmth keeps heating up the earth, perhaps making forest fires, which again release co2! It's all an evil circle and we'll have to tighten up and take responsibility for our actions!
Yeah, yeah... Many people say It's not their problem, the problem is the worst pollutioners(is that even a word?!) , but guess what: They don't intend to do a shit about it. That's why we have to alter their minds. We'll have to drag them along, make them afraid of being outsiders.
At Tuesday, I visited the Nobel peace price centre in Oslo, watching the photos by the same man who's been taking photos of artists/bands like U2(I'm truly ashamed - I don't remember his name>,<)

Ayashi no Ceres - celestial maiden for revenge...

yey! Happy Easter minna - san :Easter vacation, lot's of snow and I'm having an Easter party^+^ Yummy!

Then, over to my blog: I'm going to post some anime/manga reccomendations with info and picture here. I don't know for how long, but wait and see. First out (SPOILERS!!):

Ayashi no Ceres is a 14-volume manga by Yuu Watase, which later is adapted into anime with 24 half-hour episodes. This story revolves around a teenage girl Aya and her twin brother, Aki. They are members of the wealthy and influential Mikage family. On their sixteenth birthday, Aya and Aki were thrown with a surprise party in their grandfather’s mansion. When they reached the huge mansion, they were shocked because all the important people in the family are present in their ‘’surprise party”.

Firstly, Aya was given a giftbox from her grandfather. She was alarmed when she saw a mummified hand in the box. She began to feel uneasy and her heart pumped real hard. Suddenly, she saw Aki, who was siting beside her, suffered severe cuts and bruises all over his body. When Aya tried to help Aki, she was pulled away and to be killed.

Aya and Aki actually is uncertain what happened to them. When Aya was to be killed, her celestial powers were unleashed, causing chaos in the main hall and resulted many people died, including her father. Later, she was rescued by the Tooya, an assassin employed by the Mikage family and helped by the Aogiri siblings. Can Aya retrieve her past when she was a Celestial maiden, Ceres? Will she be able to avenge her loss? Will she be able to go to Heaven?

Current life in a nutshell

Too fast to live, too young to die...

Monday 11 February 2008

This and that...

Wah... I've actually been sick all week(still coughing), but Saturday, I couldn't bear being inside anymore, so I went out for a walk in the woods!^_^ Francly, I think the fact that I'm now reading "The Fellowship Of The Ring" has made a great impact... Or, I have this feeling I want to walk many miles until I get exhausted(travelling FAR like the hobbits), and then light a fire and set up some sort of tent. I did make a small bonfire Saturday(I stayed out from about 2pm to 6pm!), and ate my dinner in the dark. Even though it was both silent and dark, I did not feel anxious at all. When I was little, I always used to get scared when I was all alone in the forest while the dark came, but I guess I'ts over^-^<3>
I'm looking forward to read the whole LOTR(lord of the rings). I have them in some old pocket edition, but I cherish it still! I've become even more fond of elves. If I ever get children, I'll give them a (middel)name meaning elf-friend or something^-^ How nice!

Well, I'm going to settle a small "elf-evening" in the forest with good food, drink and music. At least I wish to. There's a pretty good view to the sea from the hilltop I'm thinking of... Anyways, long live the imagination of humans and the love of life! -Cheers

Here's an episode of an anime called Sola. You should check it out I think. Seems pretty good

I love literature!<3

Now, there's a gift I'd like to share: It's a poem by A.E.Housman - Terence, this is stupid stuff...

"Terence, this is stupid stuff:
You eat your victuals fast enough;
There can't be much amiss, 'tis clear,
To see the rate you drink your beer.
But oh, good Lord, the verse you make,
It gives a chap the belly-ache.
The cow, the old cow, she is dead;
It sleeps well, the horned head:
We poor lads, 'tis our turn now
To hear such tunes as killed the cow.
Pretty friendship 'tis to rhyme
Your friends to death before their time
Moping melancholy mad:
Come, pipe a tune to dance to, lad."

Why, if 'tis dancing you would be
There's brisker pipes than poetry.
Say, for what were hop-yards meant,
Or why was Burton built on Trent?
Oh, many a peer of England brews
Livelier liquor than the Muse,
And malt does more than Milton can
To justify God's ways to man.
Ale, man, ale's the stuff to drink
For fellows whom it hurts to think:
Look into the pewter pot
To see the world as the world's not.
And faith, 'tis pleasant till 'tis past:
The mischief is that 'twill not last.
Oh I have been to Ludlow fair
And left my necktie god knows where,
And carried half-way home, or near,
Pints and quarts of Ludlow beer:
Then the world seemed none so bad,
And I myself a sterling lad;
And down in lovely muck I've lain,
Happy till I woke again.
Then I saw the morning sky:
Heigho, the tale was all a lie;
The world, it was the old world yet,
I was I, my things were wet,
And nothing now remained to do
But begin the game anew.

Therefore, since the world has still
Much good, but much less good than ill,
And while the sun and moon endure
Luck's a chance, but trouble's sure,
I'd face it as a wise man would,
And train for ill and not for good.
'Tis true, the stuff I bring for sale
Is not so brisk a brew as ale:
Out of a stem that scored the hand
I wrung it in a weary land,
But take it: if the smack is sour,
The better for the embittered hour;
It should do good to heart and head
When your soul is in my soul's stead;
And I will friend you,
if I may,In the dark and cloudy day.

There was a king reigned in the East:
There, when kings will sit to feast,
They get their fill before they think
With poisoned meat and poisoned drink.
He gathered all that springs to birth
From the many-venomed earth;
First a little, thence to more,
He sampled all her killing store;
And easy, smiling, seasoned sound,
Sate the king when healths went round.
They put arsenic in his meat
And stared aghast to watch him eat;
They poured strychnine in his cup
And shook to see him drink it up:
They shook, they stared as white's their shirt:
Them it was their poison hurt
- I tell the tale that I heard told.
Mithridates, he died old.

I found a very good comment to go with the poem. Or rather, a text. I advise you to read it afterwards.^-^

Monday 14 January 2008

Lately I've been thinking: is there some kind of problem with most people? they don't seem to be able to think about random questions, life situation, reconsidering etc.

Do you have this problem?

I suppose it might not have been better before. Only reason it seems so is because of a little community of geniuses wrote lots of art(literature, poems, songs). Are the general human falling into a depression? We're writing extremely many depressing books! some of them just to earn money on no idea(have you ever read the story of the writer who can't find an idea for his book, or about the one who won't leave the apartment?).

Just be aware that the "great heroes" are disappearing... Like, when was the last time you read about a hero who saved the world, or the princess or your country? In case you did, the story wasn't new at all, was it?

We're living in such a stressful world(at least I am)/society. Are we loosing or selves, not to mention the "grip"?!

At the times I'm taking a break with a newspaper at the kitchen table, with a view to the sea... I read the article by Jesper Juul(danish psychologist), where he answer questions from helpless mothers and boyfriends in Norway. I don't care about similar articles( they're too dreadful), but even though I don't need the answer, I like having agreed with him.

It seems at people don't see the whole picture. I've managed to open my eyes and see my self from another range. I suppose I've never been narrow. I grew up looking at the sky, saying "mum, what a wonderful red color the sunset has". My dear mother tought me not to stress, to look at the world, the beauty of nature. It gives me a deep pain to see parents dragging their children to a French kindergarden at 6 am, so they'll be able to read, speak and write french before thy start school, even though they might decide to live their whole life in Norway.

I want my child to grow up in a calm, dreamy like world, where time is not a notion.

But is that possible when you can ask any child about alcohol, divorce, "quality time", loan and spa, and they'll give you a most reasonable answer... It can't possibly be healthy. There's been so many times even I've been thinking: -I'm going to collapse, have a breakdown! Thank god, hope it kills me... Is that what you want? Do you want your youths to feel this way? Just keep it in mind, when telling them to get the f* out of the house!O_o

Just take it or leave it. Assume as a matter of basis of moral or backbone.

I've finally uploaded my slideshow. It got a bit unsyncronized, but anyways, here it is^-^

Hope you like it then.
